Ms. Rayanna Boodram serves as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and Gender Specialist at the PMU. She possesses a BA and a Master of Philosophy from the UWI and is currently a Doctor of Philosophy student.
Ms. Boodram’s specialty is in the field of project coordination, management and leadership, the blue and green economy and sustainable development. She is also very passionate about entrepreneurship and enjoys writing articles in her free time.
